The emergency department is a designated Level III trauma center and includes an accredited chest pain center and recognized stroke center. SURGICAL SERVICES:Grandview’s 32 surgical suites are equipped with the most sophisticated operating systems to improve the operating environment – for the benefit of patients and the surgical teams. Grandview’s large operating environment includes surgical rooms dedicated for orthopedics, cardiovascular and endoscopic procedures.

WOMEN’S SERVICES: The hospital’s large maternity unit includes eight labor, delivery and recovery units and 22 postpartum suites. There are also two surgical suites for Cesarean Section procedures adjacent to the maternity wing. Although rooming in is encouraged so families can bond before going home, Grandview offers a well-baby nursery for mothers who need time to rest. Premature babies and others that need extra attention will be cared for in one of 12 private neonatal intensive care rooms.

Grandview Medical Center is located on the Grandview Health campus.
